I wonder if the purse has some sort of attachment or gizmo, to allow her to hang it from her panniers... I have a few bags I'd like to use as panniers, but don't know how to safely attach them. Red and baby blue is a nice combo!
I completely agree. If I remember correctly, it looked like she had rigged something up on the purse (rather than it coming that way). But what a great business idea...?
